The Athens Behavioral and Experimental Economics and Social Sciences (ABEESS) Unit is a pioneering initiative of the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), established in order to
a) develop and propagate experimental research methodologies for Social Sciences and Development Economics,
b) to host interdisciplinary experiments in Social Sciences for international research institutions and universities,
c) to advance fundamental theory in social science disciplines, and
d) to engage in projects where experimental approaches can be brought to bear on sustainable development challenges in Greece and around the world.
Our lab is equipped with 25 workstations and is located in a pleasant and sunny room of 30 square meters in the centre of Athens, overlooking the Acropolis.
